Good talking with you on the telephone yesterday regarding your Service Employee Mort. As I previously stated, Mort did an absolutely outstanding job installing my daughter's home alarm. And he did so at a time of great fear and anxiety by my daughter and all of her four roommates in that house. Mort telephoned me every day, sometimes twice, just to give me updates on the progress of the alarm installation. His professionalism and clear concern for this situation was very obvious and all of the girls in the house and I greatly appreciate Mort's work. You are lucky to have him.

We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you and your Guard Pro team did today to get our alarm system functioning again! At 11:30 am this morning someone broke into our garage & apparently heard the alarm system because they left without taking anything! David came over this afternoon to check & reset the system & installed a new keypad to get the system functioning again. He was very kind & so great about everything – he even worked until after 6pm to make sure we were secured before he left!

After having one of my neighbors house burglarized at 8:00 AM while they were walking their dog, I decided to get some estimates for an alarm system. I wanted the alarm company to be local, have a competitive price, a fair contract, and a fair guarantee for parts and labor. After receiving three estimates I decided to purchase an alarm system from GUARD PRO Protection Systems located in Tucson, AZ.

Guard Pro had the best guarantee, a fair contract, and a very competitive price. The best thing about Guard Pro of Tucson is how professional their people are. When Mort arrived he took the time to listen to my needs, walk through the house to determine what was required, suggest a system to fit my needs and write up an estimate. When I told Mort I would think about it over night and call him the next day, there was no pressure to close the sale that day, and he said if I had any questions I could call him on his cell phone.I called Mort the next day and he set up an appointment for the following Monday to install the system.

Monday at 9:00 AM Guard Pro’s installer Paul arrived, introduced himself, walked through the house with me, asked my input of where I wanted things mounted, professionally installed the system, cleaned up what little mess he made, and trained us on how to operate the system.
Upon leaving, Paul again thanked us for purchasing the system from Guard Pro and if I had any questions to call them at once.

My wife and I are very pleased with the alarm system, the installation, and have already recommended your company to some of my neighbors.

THEY CAUGHT THE BURGLAR!  Yes, thanks to Guard Pro and the Tucson Police Department the burglar got caught!  It was a typical Saturday morning - having breakfast and then working on paperwork when our phone rang.  It was ADT (Guard Pro) asking for my passcode and telling me that someone was trying to get into one of the homes that I own. 

They asked if I could meet the police down at the property so I quickly got ready and met them there.  When I arrived there were not only one police car but four - happen to be in the university area that this occured.  An officer came toward my car and asked for the keys to the house.  He requested that I stay in my car until they checked out the house to make sure that no one was inside. 

While inside they checked out every area - closets, etc. and when they came back out to see me at my car they told me that they had already caught the burglar.  He broke the glass in the bedroom which tripped off the alarm and he must have gotten scared when the loud sound of the alarm went off and ran.  There happened to be an officer in the area and he saw a man running down the alley - heard the alarm in the area and figured that he might have been the one that commited a crime. 

He apprehended him and took footprints of him and also of the area underneath the window - both matched!  Even though that day cost me $170.00 to replace a window in the bedroom I was pleased that I had used Guard Pro as my alarm company and would most definitely recommend them!
